1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Verification

bet635 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that all games will be free of errors, or that the Platform will be compatible with all devices and operating systems. Planned maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability for which bet635 accepts no liability beyond crediting reasonable verified losses caused by our own technical failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine consumer protection law, including liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

bet635 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise;
• Receipt of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or payment reversal;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age; or
• Extended inactivity where dormancy policies apply.

Upon termination of an account in good standing (i.e., where no fraud, AML concern, or breach of Terms is involved), any verified remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via the last registered withdrawal method, after deducting any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Balances derived from fraudulent activity are subject to forfeiture.

Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting the bet635 support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours and will not be subject to any retention pressure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising between you and bet635 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably by contacting the bet635 customer support team. The majority of disputes are resolved promptly at this stage.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through the appropriate regulatory channels under the PAGCOR framework or through the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and that the courts of Metro Manila shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
